Once the best coffee is identified, we select the growers who produce the most extraordinary coffee from that origin. Second best is neither good enough for us, nor for our faithful customers, who trust us as purveyors of the finest arabica coffee, the best of all types of coffee beans.

Hayman never blends different coffees and guarantees full traceability for every precious coffee bean brought to our customers. The coffee roasted and shipped to you is 100% your chosen coffee, we never blend our single origin coffees with any other varieties or with any other ingredients (for instance to produce artificially thicker crema).

We do not refer to our specialty coffee as premium coffee or gourmet coffee, terms used too loosely these days, as we believe it would represent a strong understatement of their great quality, freshness and rarity.
